Why do I get the message “Runtime error 372” when starting a program?

If you receive a runtime error when starting some programs or if the messages refer to the absence of various OCX components, the cause may be the installation of another program or the installation via an old FRILO CD installation (not recommended).

Fix the problem:

1. Start the FRILO Configuration (e.g. via the Windows start menu).
2. Click on the tab “Komponenten” and mark the entry FriloBase  
3. Click with the right mouse button and select Reinstall.

Note: In some cases, manual uninstallation via Windows Programs/Apps and Features is necessary first.

If the “Komponenten” tab is missing, please install the latest version of Frilo.Software beforehand.
